Explaining our new legislative requirements.

In line with the Government’s recent announcements, we’ve put a few extra measures in place to keep our guests and staff members safe.

To ensure our loyal guests can continue to enjoy all that Walwick Hall has to offer, we kindly ask that you wear a face covering when not seated. Simply put, this means wearing a mask when walking within the property – whether you’re on your way to your room, reception or the toilet.

So, if you’re thinking of joining us to dine, stay or use the spa, please keep a face mask conveniently placed to ensure you’re able to enjoy access. We understand it’s taking a little time to get used to the new norm and, to make sure you don’t miss out, we’re keeping a small supply of disposable masks at reception – but we do recommend you bring your own.

Following the Government’s latest announcement, we’ll now also be offering table service only in The Dining Room and our Bar area – allowing you to sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that you’re following correct guidelines while we look after you. In addition, in accordance with new legislation and to keep everyone safe, we’ll be closing The Dining Room and Bar at 10PM, with final orders for meals at 8:30PM.
